Your story matters, and we want to hear it. The women in aviation and aerospace workforce survey will be open through September 2019.

Once survey responses have been compiled, our editorial board will review the results and select finalists for inclusion in the book.

Finalists will be notified via phone or email this fall. This date is subject to change depending on the number of responses received. Please check back or sign up at the bottom of the website for updates.

When subjects for the book are chosen, we will reach out with next steps and a contributor release form.

Any information you provide in your survey, beyond statistical information, will not be shared without your written consent. We value your privacy!

Here are the details:

1. 1.  Must be a citizen or resident of the U.S. (maybe one day we can expand to international scope)
   2.  ANY woman in the aviation or aerospace industry in ANY capacity
   3.  Currently employed (we know things can change, so this is flexible)
   4.  Complete questionnaire by Sept. 30, 2019
