Aviation Aerospace Women of Excellence is a workforce research project and book about the amazing women working in the aviation and aerospace industries.

Featuring the stories of women from all walks of life—from avionics technicians to CEOs, and from pilots to aviation advocates—this project explores the unique challenges and accomplishments of women in these fields. We’re exploring how they got started, what they love about their profession, and what obstacles they overcame to get where they are.
